We've got pumpkins!!!

In the last few weeks we've noticed around town that there is corn growing everywhere.  A stalk here and a stalk there... we've figured out due to the storm it's blown around alot of things and corn just started where ever the seeds landed. 

Yesterday we had the grandkids over and noticed a plant in the corner of our lot.. we walked over to check it out and we found a plant FULL of pumpkins.  I know it's a little late in the season, but we'll let them keep growing and see what we end up with... this may be fun!

    Guess what!?!??! After growing time, we watched these get bigger but not much and they turned the prettiest green and white color... and we then discovered they are gourds and not pumpkins!!!
